This is how Mathieu Paquet created the brand "Projet M" with Meghan K Dwyer, an American sommelier who currently distributes his wines on the American market. There is also the Swedish rosé wine brand "Perfect day by Hannah and Amanda", distributed in Sweden and created thanks to a collaboration with the Vignobles Gueissard in Provence.
Projet M is a brand of top-of-the-range wines chosen by Meghan K Dwyer and Mathieu Paquet.
"I met Mathieu in a course in Paris for the WSET level 3 Diploma. We finished first in our class, the two of us, but more importantly we found we had similar palates. A while after this training, Mathieu proposed we go into business together and that’s how we have created our own label "Projet M" for the American market.
I was so proud to present to my fellow Americans the wine for which we had such a passion.
Nowadays, the US consumers realize that they can trust the Projet M label. Just in NYC our brand is already sold in Eleven Madison Park, Balthazar, Aldo Sohm Wine Bar...
